Transforming Tracey, March 16th


I managed to check off those 3 goals yesterday.  I even managed to get in 250 steps per hour, 7 out of 10 hours yesterday and took a 15 minute walk around lunch time.  

Daily Goals:

 ✔- Drink 75 oz.

 ✔- Workout 30 minutes

 ✔-Track/Blue Dot


  1. Fantastic. It feels so good when we hit those goals. I have gotten in exercise in each day so far too. Tomorrow is my weigh in day & I hope to see progress.

  2. Great job! I love Leslie Sansone. It doesn't seem like she is making any new videos, but there are a ton of workouts to choose from.
