If you watch my YouTube channel, you might have heard that my bad cholesterol is high. My triglycerides are good, and overall cholesterol is good, but my bad cholesterol is high. I do not want to be put on cholesterol medication. My Mom had a very bad reaction so that's not a risk I want to take. I did some research, which suggested that exercise and losing weight would help. So, I am determined to get to work on me, one day at a time. Day 1 is off to a good start. I did the 2 mile, Miracle Mile with the Miracle Mile Band this morning and my back exercises, given to me at PT towards the end of 2020. Hoping for a good day of eating!
