Meatless Monday Collab: Meatless Lazy Man Lasagna - Feb. 17th

Meatless Lazy Man Lasagna

8 oz. of Whole Wheat Penne Pasta
15 oz. of Ricotta Cheese
4 oz. Mozzarella and 4 oz. of Parm
Italian Seasoning
approximately 3 cups of Homemade Marinara Sauce that I cooked up in my slow cooker.

I mixed the Mozzarella and Parm together.

After the pasta was cooked, while it was draining, I mixed the Ricotta Cheese with some Italian Seasoning.  Then mixed the cooked noodles in with it.  Added some sauce, some of the noodle/cheese mixture, topped with the mozzarella/parm mixture then repeated.  After two layers, I put what was left of the cheese on top and cooked on 350 degrees for 30 minutes.  

I actually put mine in the freezer, but it'll be so tasty when the time comes to have it.
