Meal Planning Monday, December 2nd

Happy Monday friends!  I hope everyone had a fantastic long weekend!   I didn't get as much meal prepping done as I would have liked, but I do have a game plan for this week.

Dinners are as follows:

  • Hamburger Stroganoff
  • Chicken and Dressing (no, I still haven't made it)
  • Quesadillas, Fat Free Refried Beans and Spanish Rice
  • Spaghetti, Garlic Bread and Salad
  • Stromboli - I am thinking of trying a chicken, bacon, ranch one.
For breakfast, I haven't fully committed to anything yet.  I think it may be varied.  Eggs in a basket, chaffles, etc.  Lunch is also varied, but I may prepare a soup for us for this week.  What are you having this week?  I would love to hear about it! :-)



  1. I struggle with breakfast because I don't like traditional breakfast food, like eggs or sausage. I keep trying new meal bars, but they either taste terrible or aren't filling.
