What I Ate Wednesday, October 2nd

Happy Wednesday a/k/a Hump Day!  Hope you are having a good week.  Here's a peek at what I ate yesterday. 

Breakfast (2 eggs, toast), snack (banana), coffee and tea (which I sipped all day), lunch was Philly Cheesesteak inspired sloppy joe which I put over steamed cabbage, sweet treat/snack was Made Good Mixed Berry Granolas Mini and dinner (no I didn't eat it all because I had a migraine) was spaghetti squash with alfredo sauce and garlic cheese bread.
